With over five years of business ownership and deep expertise in operations leadership, Tiferet partners with CEOs and founders to turn strategy into action, streamline operations, and align teams with their organizational goals. Known for her data-driven, systematic approach, she delivers tailored solutions that empower leaders to focus on vision, innovation, and long-term impact.
Tiferet began her career leading operations in the nonprofit sector, gaining hands-on experience managing complex programs, budgets, and teams. This foundation in mission-driven organizations honed her ability to solve problems creatively, optimize operations, and implement scalable systems, a skill set she now brings to businesses across industries.
Outside of work, Tiferet enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, often solving puzzles or building LEGO together. She also delights in the small details, whether refining workflows for a client or browsing the planner aisle at Michaels.
