As founder and CEO of Unlock Management, she partners with founders ready to scale, creating growth roadmaps, breaking strategy into clear steps, and providing hands-on operational support, from systems to bookkeeping. Her mission is to give business leaders the clarity, structure, and confidence to focus on vision, innovation, and sustainable growth.
Tiferet’s career began in nonprofit operations, managing complex programs, budgets, and teams. That experience sharpened her ability to solve problems creatively and build scalable systems, skills she now brings to businesses across industries.
Outside of work, Tiferet enjoys time with her husband and three children, solving puzzles or building LEGO together, and delighting in the small details — whether refining workflows for clients or browsing the planner aisle at Michaels.
